We do not store customer credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Customer names and addresses may be used by Pigeon King for purposes of sending details of occasional offers and promotions. If you do not want to receive these details, please let us know in writing to the address/email above.
Delivery of goods will be made by Royal Mail primarily. In the event of strike action/suspension of service, Pigeon King reserves the right to use a comparable courier of their choice. At such times, delivery charges to the customer will be unaffected. Most goods, providing they are in stock, will be dispatched 1-2 working days after receipt of cleared funds payment. 2nd Class postal services are used as standard within the UK. It is anticipated that the majority of goods dispatched to a UK address will reach the customer within 7 working days of ordering. Where sent overseas, the standard service is International Tracked and Signed. Here the expected timeframe would be 14 working days for most countries. You will be informed if an item is not in stock and is placed on 'back-order'. You will then be given an anticipated delivery date. If this is not acceptable to you, the order may be cancelled. In the case of pigeon photographs (framed or unframed) a timescale for production and delivery will be discussed with you and agreed upon at the time of ordering. Payment for the photographs will become due once the proofs have been approved by you.
Returns can only be accepted for a limited number of goods purchased. Pigeon photographs, loft logos and certificates cannot be returned. Goods must be returned in their original packaging UNUSED to the above address within 14 days of receipt. In the case of DVDs, the security seal must be unbroken and in place. Returns are not accepted for Booklets and Manuals unless the item is damaged or faulty. All items are checked before dispatch. Returns are dealt with on a 'case by case' basis and you will be informed whether a return will be accepted and/or whether a refund is due to you. You will also be informed of how any refund will be made to you. Postage charges for return of the item will not be included in any refund given.
